Using Caller ID+ in Intiveo Voice

Once your Intiveo account is linked to your VoIP system, the Caller ID+ panel will appear at the top of the Intiveo interface whenever a call comes in.

Intiveo will search your records and show any matches for the caller’s number, including:

  • Patients in your database

  • Contacts added to Intiveo Chat

  • Referrals submitted through Intiveo

  • Referral partner offices saved in your account

How Caller Matching Works

If the caller’s number matches:

  • Multiple patients: Intiveo will show the responsible holder’s name (if available), or the oldest patient linked to that number.

  • A patient and a contact/referral: Intiveo will display the patient's name, since patients are prioritized.

Caller ID+ Panel Features

Active Calls

If you have more than one incoming call at the same time, click the Active Calls button to see a list and switch between them.

Profile

Click Profile to open detailed information about the selected caller. The profile panel will appear on the right side of your screen.

Dialer

Dialer

Click the Dialer button to bring your VoIP app into focus on your computer (if it’s already running). This makes it easy to:

  • Answer or end the call

  • Transfer the call

  • Put the call on hold

💡 Note: Intiveo and your VoIP provider use separate desktop apps. If your VoIP app isn’t installed or up to date, visit your provider’s website to download the latest version.
