  • Automatically send follow-up texts to missed callers using Intiveo's built-in Chat feature.

Intiveo Voice works with both softphones and hardphones, provided your phone service is through RingCentral.

  • Softphone: Use the RingCentral desktop app with a headset

  • Hardphone: Use a physical handset that connects through RingCentral
