As of February 5, 2025, Intiveo Voice integrates exclusively with RingCentral. To use Intiveo Voice, your phone system must be set up through RingCentral.
Plans for Future VoIP Support
Intiveo Voice is built to support future integrations with additional VoIP providers.
If your practice uses a different service and is interested in Intiveo Voice:
*Please let us know your preferred VoIP provider by contacting the support team! We’re tracking demand to help prioritize future integrations based on client interest.*
Practice Size Support (Single & Multi-location)
The current version of Intiveo Voice does not include extension filtering, so all call data is shared across locations.
✅ Best suited for:
-
Single-location practices
-
Small multi-location groups (1–2 offices under the same RingCentral account)
🚫 Not recommended for:
-
Larger groups with 3 or more locations
(You may see too much cross-location call activity.)
Upcoming Enhancements
We’re working on improvements to better support multi-location practices, including:
-
Extension filtering for users
-
Linking multiple VoIP accounts to specific office locations
-
Customizable permissions to control who can access voicemails and recordings
Softphone & Hardphone Compatibility
Intiveo Voice works with both softphones and hardphones, as long as the service is provided by RingCentral:
-
Softphone: Use the RingCentral desktop app with a headset
-
Hardphone: Use a physical desk phone connected through RingCentral
