Callback Tasks
The Callback Tasks page helps your team stay on top of missed calls, making sure every patient receives a timely follow-up—whether by phone or another method.
For each missed call, you’ll see:
The caller’s number
Any follow-up calls (in or out)
The option to mark the task as complete once someone has followed up
Date Ranges
You can view missed calls from up to 30 days ago, but can only filter for 7 days at a time.
Default view: Past 3 days + today
To customize the date range, use the filter drop-down
To reset, click the × on the date filter pill
Call Context
Click on any missed call to expand the row and view other calls with the same number during your selected date range. This helps you see if:
The caller tried again
Someone from your office already returned the call
If your user role allows, you can also listen to or download any call recording or voicemail listed.
Tracking Follow-Ups
Once a missed call has been addressed, just click the checkbox to mark it as complete. This will move the item to the bottom of the Callback Tasks list so your team can focus on what’s still outstanding.
All Calls
The All Calls page gives you a complete log of every call—inbound and outbound, connected or missed—with access to recordings and voicemails (based on permissions).
All Calls: Date Ranges
View call history from up to 2 years ago
Filter for ranges of up to 31 days at a time
Default view: Past 30 days + today
To change the range, use the date filter; click the × to reset

Filter by Call Type
Use filters to view:
Inbound connected calls
Inbound missed calls
Outbound calls
Tip: Missed Calls
While the All Calls page is useful for full call logs, the Callback Tasks page is better for tracking missed calls, checking related call history, and ensuring follow-up.
