Changing your password when you are unable to log in

Use the Forgot Password link from the login page (you will need to enter your username first which is typically your email address before proceeding).

First go to Intiveo.com and click Login. Then, enter your username (typically your email address) and click Next. On the next page click the Forgot Password link and click the verification checkbox then the Reset Password button. You will receive an email from Intiveo asking you to reset your password.

Updating your Password when are already logged in

If you're already logged in, click your name on the top right and then click My Profile. 

Click Reset Password at the top right corner. 

You will then get a pop-up where you can enter the new password - you will need to make sure that all password security requirements are fulfilled. You can see when they have been fulfilled at the bottom of the pop-up when the x's turn to green check marks. Once done hit Submit and your password will be updated.mceclip1.png
