Get Started Using the Login Portal
To get started sending referrals through Intiveo, you can create a user account/login for your office either by visiting the Referral Portal link for the receiving office, or the receiving office may send you an email invitation. Please view this article on how to sign up if you do not have a user.
If you've already created a user, simply log in with your email address, phone number and password.
Once you’ve successfully logged into the portal, you can begin sending new referrals to the receiving office, as well as checking the status of existing referrals.
Completing the New Patient Referral Form & Attaching Files
To begin the referral process:
- Log in to the referral portal (you’ll need this link from the receiving office).
- Click Refer a new patient.
- Complete the referral form and click Next
-
Attach any files you’d like to transfer to the receiving office.
- If you do not have any files to submit simply click Submit without form
-
- When you select a file for upload you will need to select an appointment or imaging date for this file.
-
- After you have uploaded the file(s) you will see a confirmation page that it was uploaded successfully
-
- This is how the uploaded file page will look after you have uploaded one
- Click submit when you’re done and you'll see a confirmation that your referral has been sent.
Once you’re done, you can start another referral or check the status of an existing referral.
Checking the Status of a Referral
Simply log in to the receiving office’s referral portal and click to view your existing referrals. By clicking on a specific patient’s name, you can see more details, including any notes shared with you by the receiving office as well as a status bar at the top that lets you know at a glance whether the receiving office has been in touch, booked an appointment, or completed the patient’s treatment. For more details please view this article.
